Long before I became a certified coach, people were already finding their way to me.
No matter where I worked, colleagues would knock on my door, sit down, and start talking. Sometimes about careers. Sometimes about relationships. Sometimes about decisions they couldn’t make or changes they were afraid to face.
I spent 25 years in the corporate world leading teams, managing operations, developing people, and navigating constant change. What fascinated me most was never the spreadsheets, processes, or targets……..IT WAS PEOPLE.
Why do we react the way we do?
Why do some experiences stay with us for years?
Why do we repeat the same patterns, even when they no longer serve us?
Why do we know what is good for us, yet struggle to do it?
I’ve always been fascinated by the relationship between emotions, behaviour, decisions, and personal growth.
Then life gave me the opportunity to study these questions from the inside.
A serious autoimmune syndrome changed my body, my abilities, my career, and my plans. At the same time, I faced job loss, grief, caregiving, uncertainty, and the uncomfortable reality that life can change direction without warning.
Like many people, I was forced to rebuild. Not once. Multiple times.
What helped me was understanding that we are not just thinking creatures walking around with a body attached.
Our body is not a taxi for the brain.
Our emotions, thoughts, habits, needs, nervous system, beliefs, and physical wellbeing are constantly in conversation. When one part is ignored, the others start speaking louder.
Sometimes through anxiety.
Sometimes through burnout.
Sometimes through tension, exhaustion, pain, or feeling stuck.
As an Emotional Intelligence & Life Transformation Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, I help people reconnect these conversations.
Between the mind and the body.
Between emotions and actions.
Between needs and boundaries.
Between old patterns and new possibilities.
Between surviving and living.
I don’t see people as problems to fix.
I see people as complex, resourceful systems that sometimes need support, perspective, and space to hear themselves again.
My own autoimmune condition remains part of my daily life. It continues to teach me about resilience, adaptation, self-awareness, and the importance of listening to the messages our bodies send us.
Berlin Well grew from all of this.
From curiosity.
From experience.
From challenge.
From recovery.
From 25 years of leading people and a lifetime of trying to understand what makes us human.
My work is simple:
To help people build a stronger dialogue with themselves, so they can make choices that are aligned not only with their goals, but with who they truly are.
Because when the brain, body, emotions, needs, and values start working together, change becomes possible.
And life becomes a little more WELL.
