❌ A magic wand.

❌ A motivational speech with background music.

❌ Someone yelling “You got this!” while your life is on fire.

❌ Manifesting a yacht from your sofa.

❌ A place where you explain the same problem for six months and call it progress.

❌ An emergency repair shop

❌ A subscription service for external validation.

❌ Me living your life so you don’t have to.

If you’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do, better buy a microwave. It has buttons and instructions.

Coaching is not advice.Which is exactly why it confuses so many people.

We’re used to experts, teachers, consultants, parents, managers, friends, influencers, and random strangers on the internet telling us what to do.

Then we meet a coach.

We explain our problem.

We wait for the answer.

And the coach asks a question.

Naturally, many people think:”Wait. I’m paying you and you’re asking me?”

Yes.Because most people don’t suffer from a lack of advice.

They suffer from a surplus of it.

Coaching is not about giving you another opinion to add to the pile.

It’s about helping you hear your own.

It is not a lecture.
Not a rescue mission.
Not a human sat-nav recalculating your route every time you feel lost.

A coach doesn’t take the steering wheel.

A coach helps you notice that you’ve been sitting in the driver’s seat the whole time.

That can feel uncomfortable.

We’re often taught to trust external authority before internal wisdom.

We ask:”What should I do?”

before asking:

“What do I want?”
“What matters to me?”
“What am I afraid of?”
“What am I pretending not to know?”

The surprising part is how rarely we are given a space where nobody is trying to convince, fix, advise, sell, diagnose, judge, or persuade us.

Just a space to think more clearly, honestly, and intentionally.

This why many first-time clients leave a session saying, “I didn’t expect that. I already knew the answer, didn’t I?” ????
